Terms of Service

By placing an order with OG Prints (ogprints.com.au), you agree to the following terms.

Products All products are 3D printed and made to order. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown. Product listings are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Full payment is required before production begins.

Production & Dispatch All orders are made to order with a dispatch time of 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

Cancellations Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property All designs, product names, and content on ogprints.com.au are the property of OG Prints. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, OG Prints is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
